Digital wedding invitations, in practice

A digital wedding invitation is not a picture of an invitation sent by message. It is a web page in your names that opens from a link, reads on a phone, and holds the invitation and the planning in one place. Here is what that changes.

What it actually is

A page at its own web address. Your guests get that link by message, or scan it from a printed QR code. Nothing to download, no account, no app — the phone's browser is enough. That is the real difference from a PDF or an image: a page can hold a form, a map, a countdown, and it can be changed after you have sent it.

Three collections, not a template

Ciao Amore borrows from the Amalfi Coast — bright lemon, deep olive, sun-washed pastels. Blanc Couture is the collection of almost nothing: white, fine gold, a great deal of air. Belle Rive is the most generous, mother-of-pearl and olive leaves, built for weddings that run over several days. Each one opens as an interactive demo, with real content, before you choose.

What the RSVP form can ask

You decide the questions: a plus-one, children, dietary needs, attendance at the next-day brunch or the welcome dinner, a lift, a free-text message. An adults-only wedding shows no children field at all — not a disabled one, none. Answers land in your account, filtered by status and exportable for your caterer.

The modules your wedding needs

Countdown, hour-by-hour schedule, venue and directions, dress code, accommodation, transport, menu, a playlist your guests add to, guest book, gift list, photo gallery, FAQ. Each becomes a section of the invitation, and you take only the ones your day calls for.

Editable from your account

After sending, you keep control of the content: times, accommodation, dress code, the FAQ. The invitation's link does not change, so there is nothing to resend to anyone. It is why your guests go back to it in the week of the wedding instead of writing to you.

A single payment

You pick your package when you create the invitation, and it is a one-time payment — no monthly subscription to keep using it while it is live. Three levels, from a personalised collection to a design drawn entirely around your wedding.

Worth knowing

What if we want something printed too?

The two complement each other better than they compete. A printed card carrying a QR code keeps the gesture — the envelope you open — and points to the full invitation for everything practical. Your account generates your invitation's QR code, ready to hand to your printer.
